Accommodation Rules

ANTON FLORIAN – VALTICE CASTLE HOTEL

  1. Our hotel can only accommodate properly checked in guests. To check in, the guest needs to present a valid proof of identification (passport, ID card or other form of identification) to the relevant hotel employee immediately upon arrival at the reception desk and sign the registration form.
  2. On the basis of a confirmed booking, the hotel is obliged to accommodate the guest between 15:00 and 19:00. The hotel will reserve a room for the guest until this time, unless otherwise specified by the booking.
  3. On the day of the guest’s departure, the guest must vacate the room by 11:00. Late check out is only allowed upon a prior agreement between the guest and the hotel reception desk.
  4. If the guest requests an extension of the stay, the hotel is entitled to offer a room other than the one in which the guest was originally staying.
  5. The guest is obliged to pay for the accommodation and services provided, where the prices are governed by the hotel’s current price list or by a specific agreement. The hotel has the right to ask the guest to pay for the accommodation in advance.
  6. Visitors for hotel guests are to be received in the hotel lobby bar. The guest may not receive visitors in their room, unless they obtain prior approval from the hotel reception desk, and never after 19:00. The hotel reception desk must be notified of all visitors received by the guest in their room.
  7. In their room and in public areas of the hotel, the guest must not move furniture or equipment, and/or modify in any way or tamper with the electrical network or any other installation without the hotel management’s prior consent.
  8. The guest is not allowed to use their own electrical appliances on the hotel’s premises, especially in their room. This prohibition does not apply to electrical appliances used for personal hygiene (electric razors, massage devices, hair dryers, etc.). The guest is not allowed to bring sports equipment (bikes, skis) into their room, and if storage of such sports equipment is necessary, the guest must state so in advance when making a reservation. The hotel reception desk will provide further information.
  9. Dogs and other animals can only be accommodated if the owner demonstrably proves that the health and state of such animals does not pose a risk. The guest is obliged to pay for the accommodation of all animals, where the price is governed by the current price list. The guest is responsible for ensuring that the stay of all animals accommodated remains trouble-free. Outside a room, animals must be on a leash and dogs must also wear a muzzle. In the hotel building, the guest must never let go of their animal or tie the animal’s leash to objects with the intention to move away from it, not even for a short time or short distance.
  10. When leaving the room, the guest is obliged to close the window, turn off all water taps in the bathroom, turn off all lights and close the door.  In case of loss or destruction of the key card, the guest will be charged a fee of CZK 500.
  11. Children under the age of six must never be left in the room or other areas of the hotel without adult supervision. An adult supervisor is fully responsible for any damage caused by a child or children under their supervision.
  12. The guest is fully liable for any property damage caused to the hotel by the guest, their visitor(s) and/or their pet(s).
  13. The guest must not bring any dangerous objects and substances (sharp objects, weapons, explosives, flammable substances, corrosives, poisons, etc.), narcotics or psychotropic substances, or objects and substances that produce strong odours into the hotel’s premises.
  14. Smoking is prohibited in all interior parts of the hotel. In case of violation of this prohibition, the guest will be charged a fine of CZK 5,000 to cover the cost of cleaning and disinfecting affected areas.
  15. Between 22:00 and 06:30, the guest is obliged not to cause any noise disturbances. Breakfast is served in the hotel’s restaurant from 07:30 to 10:00 (Mon–Sun). The non-use of a breakfast package does not make the guest eligible for a refund or substitute.
  16. If the guest becomes ill or gets injured, the hotel will arrange for medical assistance or transport to a hospital.
  17. The hotel accepts no liability for cars parked by the hotel and is not liable for any loss of items left in cars parked in the car park.
  18. The hotel is liable for damage to items only if the items were handed over to a hotel employee for safekeeping.
  19. The hotel is liable without limitation for jewelry, money and other valuables only if the items were handed over to the hotel for safekeeping, or if damage to the items is caused by the actions of a hotel employee.
  20. Guest complaints and/or suggestions for improving the hotel’s activities are accepted by the hotel management. The guest may also make a complaint in writing and hand it over to the hotel reception desk.
  21. Items forgotten or left behind by the guest that were previously handed over to the hotel for safekeeping, are sent to the guest’s physical address by cash on delivery.
  22. Guests are obliged to familiarize themselves with these Accommodation Rules. By paying the deposit or entire agreed price for the reservation, the guest acknowledges these Rules and expresses consent to the content hereof.
